Merchandising Support Associate - Roosevelt Field

Summary

This Merchandising Support Associate provides in-store merchandising and stockroom support to ensure the sales floor is well stocked, organized, and visually appealing. The role assists with product placement, inventory processing, and executing merchandising directives under the guidance of store and visual teams. This is a part-time, in-person retail position located at the Roosevelt Field mall.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and process incoming shipments; verify quantities and condition of merchandise.
• Stock the sales floor, replenish displays, and perform price tagging and labeling as instructed.
• Assist with visual merchandising setups, floor moves, and seasonal resets to maintain brand presentation.
• Maintain organized stockroom and back-of-house areas, rotating inventory and conducting basic inventory counts.
• Support store associates with locating product and preparing items for customer requests or transfers.

Requirements

• Prior retail or stockroom experience preferred; associate-level roles typically require 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise regularly and perform physical tasks including stocking and bending.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow merchandising and inventory procedures.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and peak season shifts.
