The Merchandising Support Associate helps create a neat, clean, organized, and engaging shopping experience. This role supports merchandise presentation and the movement of products throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Handle merchandise tasks, including floor placement, event organization, markdowns, returns, re-ticketing, replenishment, and damage processing.
• Help maintain organized product presentation and back-of-house stockrooms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
