Job Description

Summary

The Merchandising Support Associate partners with store and merchandising teams to execute visual presentation and product flow on the sales floor. This role focuses on receiving and processing new merchandise, installing displays and signage, and ensuring products are presented to brand standards. The position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and process incoming merchandise and shipments for the sales floor.
  • Install and maintain visual displays, signage, and fixture setups per merchandising directives.
  • Assist with inventory organization, replenishment, and floor moves to support sales priorities.
  • Price, tag, and prepare merchandise for presentation and sale.
  • Coordinate with buyers, planners, and store leadership to execute merchandising plans and promotions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail or merchandising experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to visual detail.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures; comfortable standing and bending for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic proficiency with handheld devices and inventory systems; effective communication and teamwork skills.
