Merchandising Trainee

As a Merchandising Trainee at Celine, you will be part of the dynamic Merchandising Team, engaging directly in buying activities and analyzing stock and sales by store. This role is designed for early career professionals who have completed their Merchandising internship and are ready to enter the workforce, providing a strong foundation in fashion retail analytics and hands-on experience in a luxury environment.

• Assist with maintaining and running weekly sales reports and preparing sell-thru reports.
• Support the Merchandising team with ad-hoc analysis and communications for stores.
• Prepare recaps on competitive landscape, including competitors' pricing and market activities.
• Assist during seasonal Buying Markets and support compilation of premarket analysis.
• Help in transferring and consolidating product across the region and follow up on product deliveries.

• Bachelor's in Business Management with Merchandising internship or Fashion Merchandising degree.
• 1-3 years of merchandising or sales internship experience required.
• Experience in luxury/fashion business is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other software packages.
• Passion for the fashion and luxury-goods industry.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in retail math and fluent in English.
