Summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze merchant operations data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process changes
• Support project management activities and track progress against goals
• Document standard operating procedures and update process documentation
• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies and issues
• Assist with onboarding and training for new operational workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor level education or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
