Mgr VM Production Shop

The Visual Merchandising Production Manager in Dubuque, IA leads the regional production staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and professional operations. This role involves managing all aspects of production, training, safety, and logistics to achieve high-quality and timely results aligned with department and company goals.

• Manage all operations of the stand-alone facility, including VM production, facility maintenance, loss prevention, and safety.
• Deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism.
• Manage daily operating practices and priorities while adjusting to changing information.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all employees.
• Manage and forecast operating expenses within plan.
• Develop and maintain local resources and suppliers.
• Ensure full proficiency in all major power tools and shop equipment.
• Oversee personal and equipment safety requirements for all employees.
• Plan, facilitate, and execute projects with tight deadlines.
• Research and resolve issues using appropriate resources.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to ensure project outcomes align with priorities and direction.

• Advanced cabinetry / Fine Woodworking experience.
• 5-7 years of successful people and project management experience.
• Ability to read and edit technical drawings.
• Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
