Summary

The Visual Merchandising Manager leads the in-store visual team to deliver consistent, fashion-forward presentations that support sales and brand standards. This role coaches and develops associates, implements visual directives, and oversees lighting and safety programs to enhance product presentation and the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and direct in-store visual team members to achieve visual consistency and sales goals
• Implement visual merchandising strategies and customize directives to fit store needs
• Collaborate with merchandising and leadership to support signing and visual implementation
• Manage installation, removal and adjustment of promotional, general and enhancement lighting
• Maintain visual safety programs and organized shop and visual spaces

Requirements

• Previous visual merchandising experience, Nordstrom experience preferred
• Proven track record of driving results in current or prior roles
• Strong organization, delegation and follow-through skills
• Ability to build productive relationships with store and regional leadership
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising strategies and fashion trends; Future Visual Leader graduate preferred
