Job Description

Summary

As an NPI Process Engineer Casting, you will be responsible for driving process improvement projects to reduce quality failures in casting-related activities. You will evaluate and optimize new product development and existing manufacturing processes, introducing new technology where necessary to ensure cost-effective manufacturability at Tiffany & Co. quality levels.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently follow safe work procedures and report all incidents and safety issues.
  • Contribute to the New Product Development group by providing advanced technical analysis and creating Process Flow Charts.
  • Provide sustaining Casting support to resolve day-to-day production issues.
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide engineering support for new equipment and machinery, utilizing lean tools and Six Sigma knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Associate of Science in an Engineering Discipline or demonstrated experience in manufacturing process improvement.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems using Root Cause Analysis methods.
  • Demonstrated multi-project management ability and proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Access.
  • Proficient in higher-order mathematical skills, including statistical analysis.
