Summary
Serve as a brand ambassador and expert makeup artist representing the brand, driving makeup strategy, trend innovation, and high standards of client service while achieving sales targets and supporting retailer relationships. This role includes in-store and remote selling, education, content creation, and extensive travel to support regional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-store and remote selling, personal shopping, and product demonstrations following brand methodology.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to monthly KPIs.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships through CRM and clienteling activities, including accurate data capture.
- Provide makeup consultations and customized services such as flash and complete makeovers.
- Coach and mentor field-based teams to improve artistry and sales techniques.
- Lead and execute high-profile makeup events, photoshoots, and public relations activities.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms and social media channels.
- Maintain merchandising standards, monitor event stock, and complete operational tasks accurately.
- Travel extensively to support stores, malls, and regional initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum ten years of comprehensive makeup artistry experience.
- At least three years of management experience in makeup artistry roles.
- Proven luxury retail sales and client engagement skills.
- Strong social media presence and content creation skills, including basic graphics.
- Backstage and editorial makeup experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin or Spanish desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital retail tools.
- Ability to travel extensively and to follow brand grooming and operational standards.
