- Identify top performers and collaborate with Selling Leaders to create development plans.
- Oversee and support the implementation of sales processes and strategies.
- Lead and inspire selling teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements- 8+ years of retail leadership experience managing leaders on a regional, national, or international scale.
- Track record of delivering on business goals and executing comprehensive sales strategies.
- Ability to lead teams by example and inspire commitment at every level.
- Focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion.
- Strong business acumen in luxury retail and ability to execute business plans.
