Job Description

Summary

As a National Sales Leader at Harry Rosen, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing customer experience, and developing high-performing sales teams across the organization. You will work closely with executive leadership to create and implement strategic sales plans, analyze sales data, and ensure the execution of campaigns that drive both store and digital sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic and tactical sales plans to meet store budgets and customer experience goals.
  • Create sales strategies for key campaigns and periods using sales data and analytics.
  • Analyze sales performance and client data to find growth opportunities and execute sales initiatives.
  • Promote and track digital sales nationally to meet goals.
  • Set clear metrics for evaluating Selling Leaders' effectiveness in coaching their teams.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to deliver impactful training and development courses.
  • Ensure principles of core training programs are applied on the sales floor.
  • Audit stores to ensure Relationship Based Selling Culture and Clientele development standards.
  • Identify top performers and collaborate with Selling Leaders to create development plans.
  • Oversee and support the implementation of sales processes and strategies.
  • Lead and inspire selling teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of retail leadership experience managing leaders on a regional, national, or international scale.
  • Track record of delivering on business goals and executing comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Ability to lead teams by example and inspire commitment at every level.
  • Focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion.
  • Strong business acumen in luxury retail and ability to execute business plans.
  • Welcoming and inclusive mindset with a passion for upholding core values.
