Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports daily merchandise operations, including processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment. The role also helps maintain selling-floor standards and provides responsive customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and place and present products on the selling floor.
• Maintain merchandise placement and presentation standards.
• Locate merchandise and complete customer orders.
• Assist with floor replenishment, recovery, and other store initiatives as needed.
• Address customer needs promptly and provide excellent service.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Ability to learn and retain merchandising and visual standards.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use RF guns, PCs, iOS devices, and business software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet deadlines, follow through on tasks, and work a flexible schedule.
