Summary
The Northeast Account Executive is responsible for executing corporate business strategies and providing on-site retail sales support across an assigned territory including New Jersey, Connecticut, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. The role drives sales results, coaches boutique teams, builds client relationships, and acts as a brand ambassador while partnering with corporate stakeholders to grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Execute business strategies and provide on-site retail sales support in the assigned market.
- Coach and develop Business Managers, Beauty Advisors, and Selling Specialists to achieve sales goals.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, special events, and training with store partners.
- Develop client base through CRM activities and client acquisition initiatives.
- Perform sales analysis and propose action plans to improve performance.
- Recruit, hire, and motivate retail selling staff and ambassadors.
- Implement corporate merchandising guidelines and negotiate for improved counter space.
- Manage budgets and maintain T/E and Selling Specialist spending within budget.
- Provide regular feedback to corporate and share best practices across locations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management experience.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager, Sales, or Training professional.
- Strong coaching, communication, and team building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem solving and analytic capabilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism.
- Experience recruiting and developing high-performing retail teams.
- Comfortable with extensive travel across the region (about 75% travel).
- Microsoft Office experience preferred.
