Summary
The Office Manager supports the Executive Team and Assistant General Manager of Operations by providing HR, operations and marketing support. This role prioritizes communication, problem solving and customer service while assisting with recruitment, onboarding and administrative tasks. The position requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic technology troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as HR support to assistant general manager and store population, answering routine HR questions
- Collaborate with recruiting team to drive timely hiring and participate in screening and interviewing candidates
- Provide onboarding and orientation support and assist with administrative tasks related to associate reviews
- Interface with customers and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Manage and execute projects for multiple departments and provide operations support
- Handle administrative responsibilities such as fielding calls and paperwork
- Coordinate marketing initiatives including trunk shows clinics and customer email communications
- Manage on the ground event execution and prepare event listings and recaps
Requirements
- Flexible schedule including availability for nights and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Excel and PowerPoint
- Tech savvy with ability to solve technical issues and create presentations
- Strong interpersonal collaboration and customer service skills
- Analytical and solution oriented thinker with drive for results
- Experience supporting HR functions and recruitment activities
- Four year college degree preferred
