Job Description

Summary

As an Office Manager at SFA in Bal Harbour, you will support the Executive Team by providing Human Resources, Operations, and Marketing assistance. You will ensure efficient communication and prioritization, offering fast and effective solutions to service issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Human Resources support, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team to fill positions and drive business success.
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage and execute projects for multiple departments, handling customer concerns and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with Marketing initiatives, coordinating events and preparing customer communications.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Customer-focused with a high standard of service.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 4-year college degree preferred.
