Job Description

Summary

As an Office Manager, you will support the Executive Team under the direction of the VP-General Manager. Your role involves providing Human Resources, Operations, and Marketing support to the store's senior leadership team, ensuring efficient resolution of service issues for external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to the Assistant General Manager, Operations, and serve as an HR point-person for the store population.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team to fill jobs and drive business.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to associate reviews and other HR functions.
  • Interface with customers to resolve concerns and manage projects for multiple departments.
  • Execute administrative responsibilities, including fielding calls and assisting with inquiries.
  • Support marketing initiatives by coordinating events and managing customer communications.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
