Summary
The Office Manager supports the Executive Team and Assistant General Manager of Operations by providing HR, operations and marketing support, managing administrative tasks, resolving customer issues, and coordinating recruitment and onboarding. This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and technical skills and may include a flexible schedule with nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide Human Resources support including recruitment and onboarding for non exempt selling and operations roles
- Collaborate with Recruiting team to ensure roles are filled to drive business
- Assist with administrative tasks related to associate reviews and orientation
- Support Assistant General Manager of Operations with operations tasks
- Manage and execute multiple projects and administrative duties such as fielding calls and paperwork
- Interface with customers and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives including trunk shows clinics and customer communications
- Prepare event listings recaps and assist with on the ground event execution
Requirements
- Proven interpersonal collaboration and customer service skills
- Analytical creative and proactive problem solving abilities
- Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to lead technology change and prepare presentations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Experience providing HR administrative support including recruitment and onboarding
- Four year college degree preferred
