Job Description

Summary

As an Office and Administrative Assistant at KREWE, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment across our NYC and NOLA locations. You will manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and maintenance requests, while providing light executive support. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of balancing administrative and executive support tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage office supply inventory for New Orleans and New York, tracking needs and placing orders as needed.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization, coordinating with maintenance and vendors for repairs.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper to the New Orleans office, greeting and directing visitors.
  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring alignment of priorities.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including expense reporting and communication.
  • Plan and execute executive travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Oversee studio apartments used by KREWE, scheduling stays for employees and candidates.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee questions regarding office logistics.
  • Document and communicate office processes and updates.
  • Perform minor physical tasks such as changing lightbulbs and moving furniture.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in office management, facilities coordination, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable performing minor manual tasks and light physical labor.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other communication tools.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a calm and resourceful approach.
  • Commitment to discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
