Omni Stockist - Copley

Summary

The Omni Stockist supports the store management team and the broader retail network by managing omni-channel order fulfillment, preparing merchandise for shipping, and supporting in-store and virtual selling processes. The role focuses on accurate, timely processing of BOPIS, Ship-from-Store, curbside pickup, consignments and returns to deliver an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours and rebalance request transfers.
• Pick, pack and prepare deliveries for shipping and handle charge sends for Client Advisors outside the home store.
• Execute daily omni-channel tasks including Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store and BOPIS processes.
• Prepare consignments and support white glove, ship-to-home and other delivery options.
• Use in-store digital clienteling platforms (HERO, HEAVEN, Client Compass) and act as a technical resource for the team.
• Participate in loss prevention procedures, improve return management accuracy and resolve open client order cases.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or customer experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience a plus; stock control and POS/inventory management experience.
• Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and clienteling tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, perform 50% physical labor and maintain flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
