Omni Stockist

Summary

The Omni Stockist supports the store management team and the wider Fendi network by fulfilling product requests and driving sales across retail and digital channels. This role manages order prioritization, picking, packing and shipping, and executes omnichannel processes such as BOPIS, Ship-From-Store and curbside pickup. The Omni Stockist partners with selling teams, participates in loss prevention, and serves as a technical resource for in-store clienteling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours
• Rebalance transfer requests and prepare merchandise for shipping
• Pull deliveries, package items, and deliver to the shipping department
• Support consignments, process charge sends for Client Advisors, and host virtual appointments
• Perform daily omnichannel tasks including curbside pickup, SFS, and BOPIS
• Assist with incoming SFS order picking, packing, and shipping and manage BOPIS aged order review
• Act as a key resource for in-store digital clienteling platforms (HERO, HEAVEN, Client Compass)
• Participate in loss prevention procedures related to omnichannel processes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in retail or customer experience; luxury experience preferred
• Associate degree or equivalent experience a plus; stock control and selling experience preferred
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a strong drive for results
• Digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to use POS and inventory functions
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform approximately 50% physical labor
• Flexible availability including some nights, weekends, and holidays; foreign language a plus
