Responsibilities- Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours.
- Rebalance request transfers and manage deliveries.
- Attend meetings with leadership and selling teams to build cross-functional partnerships.
- Prepare merchandise for shipping with accurate packaging and wrapping.
- Support the selling team with consignment preparations for clients.
- Drive sales by processing charge sends for Client Advisors outside the home store.
- Perform daily Omni-Channel tasks including Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store, and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store processes.
- Support order fulfillment and delivery through various shipping options.
- Reduce incorrect order fulfillment and improve return management accuracy.
- Advocate for clients at the warehouse to ensure detailed execution of activities.
- Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes.
- Assist in BOPIS aged order review and product return to the sales floor.
- Support the usage of in-store digital clienteling platforms and act as a technical authority.
- Partner with leadership to build clienteling lists for promotional events.
- Deliver new experiences to improve operations and client satisfaction.
- Participate in the completion of incoming SFS orders.
Requirements- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience in stock control and selling, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a drive for results.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Digital literacy required.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 50% physical labor involved.
