Responsibilities- Learn the Breitling brand and obtain a strong working knowledge of all products and services.
- Lead day-to-day e-Commerce operational activities.
- Lead strategy for omnichannel/DTC initiatives, streamlining efforts between retail and e-commerce.
- Collaborate with regional and store managers on improvements for omnichannel digital innovation.
- Streamline trainings with stores on all omnichannel functions, features, and new initiatives.
- Manage end-of-month commissions reporting.
- Manage inbound and outbound orders from the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce Director about end-to-end customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Work on multiple projects and special assignments independently or in collaboration with other departments.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in e-commerce or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of a POS System, e-Commerce sales, Salesforce, or other e-Commerce platform preferred.
- Strong retail math and analytical problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused attitude with high level of professionalism.
