Operations And Support Associate

Summary

The Operations And Support Associate supports daily retail store operations with a focus on inventory management, stockroom organization, and sales floor support. This primarily non-selling role is responsible for receiving and processing merchandise, executing RFID scans, and maintaining store presentation while assisting sales staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and deliveries, inspect shipments for damage, and ensure proper tagging and sensor placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment and stock room resets
• Manage Ship To Home orders and store-to-store transfers
• Create tags, process retickets, and associate RFID tags to merchandise
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and customer assistance on the sales floor
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar high-volume specialty retail experience preferred
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with store personnel
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel
