Operations And Support Associate

Summary

The Operations and Support Associate supports daily store operations, inventory management, and sales-floor needs. This primarily non-selling role may also assist customers and process transactions as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Process freight, inspect deliveries, manage inventory scans, and replenish merchandise.
• Handle ship-to-home orders, store transfers, retickets, and stockroom organization.
• Support sales-floor associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, while assisting customers as needed.
• Maintain store presentation, participate in visual merchandising, and keep sales floors and fitting rooms clean.
• Follow company policies for transactions, returns, discounts, and customer data.
• Collaborate with teammates, participate in training, and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or related experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb with up to 30 pounds and move around the sales floor, stockroom, dressing rooms, and office.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
