Operations Assistant - Madison

Summary

Join the flagship store team as an Operations Assistant reporting to the Store Director. You will maintain back of house organization, support shipping and store maintenance, assist with sales transactions and after sales processes, and help ensure the store meets brand operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized back of house and shipping area
• Handle sale transactions and ensure adequate register change
• Manage non merchandise supplies such as stationery and packaging
• Support store maintenance and cleaning operations
• Keep cash wrap organized and information up to date
• Support after sales before sales and product returns processes
• Assist associates with address verifications and verbal credit card authorizations
• Bring up and label new merchandise for display
• Perform operational functions to meet brand guidelines

Requirements

• Strong work ethic with leadership skills and high energy
• Excellent problem solving and organization skills
• Polished and well groomed appearance
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• Availability for closing shifts at least 3 times per week
• Availability for a minimum of 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month
• Availability for annual inventory and the holiday season
