Operations Associate - Design District

As an Operations Associate at ZEGNA's Design District boutique, you will be responsible for handling all operational duties related to merchandise logistics, including shipment processing, allocation, and distribution. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure stock needs and replenishments align with company standards.

• Process merchandise transfer requests between stores and ecommerce.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily shipments for maximum efficiency.
• Assist management with daily operations and ensure the stockroom is organized.
• Reconcile cash/deposit and credit card terminals.
• Handle point of sale transactions and returns.
• Create and update customer profiles and manage special CRM projects.
• Coordinate and manage the alterations process.
• Purchase packing materials and general supplies for the store.
• Coordinate with management to pay vendor invoices.
• Provide customer assistance on the floor as needed.

• 2-3 years experience in a retail back of house environment.
• Passionate, proactive, and open-minded with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with digital technology and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30-40 pounds.
