- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adjusting as needed for styles.
- Display leadership by helping develop new staff understanding job requirements.
- Monitor and process orders via online platform daily.
Requirements- 3+ years in a high-volume stock or operations role for a fashion retailer.
- Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours a day.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders repetitively.
- Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
