Operations Associate - Bal Harbour

Summary

The Operations Associate supports back-of-house activities for a freestanding luxury boutique in Bal Harbour, ensuring efficient inventory management, client service support, and store operations. Reporting to the Store Manager or Operations Manager, the role contributes to maintaining brand standards, financial controls, and an elevated client experience. The position is available as part-time or full-time and focuses on operational excellence and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory lifecycle including organization, cycle counts, adjustments, inter-store transfers, and shipping/receiving.
• Prepare and package client merchandise and coordinate client deliveries, communication, and tracking.
• Support maintenance of store facilities, back-of-house organization, and systems operation.
• Assist with budget adherence and enforce cash/credit policies and operational procedures.
• Coordinate aftersales services such as repairs and alterations and maintain supplies for in-store repairs.
