• Ensure back-of-house efficiency and support the team in providing efficient client service.
• Manage inventory and ensure all processes align with brand standards.

• Handle operations, stock, repairs, and after-sales services.
• Maintain store facility and systems, and manage financial policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent client care and services.

• 3+ years of experience in a retail environment with an operations focus.
• Extremely organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in approach.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
