Operations Associate - Day Shift

As an Operations Associate at Richemont in Grand Prairie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and movement of merchandise. You will work both independently and as part of a team to meet location standards and goals, while adhering to safety guidelines.

• Prepare, process, and move merchandise accurately according to established guidelines.
• Pick, pack, and merge orders, and replenish or stock merchandise as needed.
• Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label merchandise.
• Verify accuracy of production or location and assign product locations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Follow RNA Safety Guidelines and ensure equipment is maintained safely.
• Perform standing or walking work throughout an 8-12 hour shift in a non-climate controlled facility.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English: reading, speaking, writing.
• Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production environment.
• Basic computer skills and use of Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices.
• Ability to perform basic math computations.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Flexibility in work schedule and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks consistently and accurately.
