Operations Associate - Door Attendant

Summary

Provide exemplary customer service and operational support across store functions including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties. Maintain supplies and partner with teams to ensure compliance with company procedures and efficient store operations. Support shrink reduction, vendor services, and inventory activities while upholding professional presentation and product care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplies for office facilities and grooming products for associates
• Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure timely invoice approvals
• Support and execute shrink reduction plans and report violations
• Coordinate accessories repair, engraving and embossing services with vendors
• Support inventory preparation and execution including receiving and stocking
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards
• Read and execute transfer shipping and inventory documents accurately
• Execute Cash Office processes and ensure POS audit compliance
• Control and replenish supplies as requested by management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the brand and desire for career growth
• Able to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs
• Ability to pack unpack and move stock when supporting receiving and stocking
