Summary
Part Time Operations Associate supporting store operations including customer service, order fulfillment, merchandise maintenance and logistics. Role focuses on service desk activities, POS transactions, inventory support and assisting with visual and seasonal merchandising to maintain store standards.
Responsibilities
- Process client transactions accurately through the POS and manage cash handling functions including open close and deposits
- Collect and update client contact information and maintain client files
- Support service desk activities providing basic client resolution and escalating when appropriate
- Pick E Commerce and in store transfer orders and assist BOPIS operations to meet pick targets
- Support logistics with markdowns re ticketing re tagging and on the floor tasks
- Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise reflects company standards
- Monitor returns restock and assist with stock level maintenance
- Assist visual team with seasonal changes displays and special event setups
- Support inventory preparations and counts and assist with ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment in a customer facing role
- Experience with shipping receiving merchandising order fulfillment and inventory management
- Experience working at a service desk providing exceptional customer service preferred
- Strong service orientation and desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Demonstrated interest in technology and using tech to support customer service functions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide cross functional support
- Strong multi tasking skills and ability to manage busy customer lines calmly and efficiently
- Strong communication skills
