Summary
Operations Associate supporting store operations including customer service, order fulfillment, inventory and merchandise maintenance. Role involves managing POS transactions, supporting e-commerce and in store pickup orders, assisting visual and inventory tasks, and providing floor support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Process client transactions accurately through the POS system
- Collect and maintain client contact information and files
- Support service desk activities and provide basic client resolution
- Manage daily cash handling functions including registers and deposits
- Pick E Commerce and in store transfer orders and assist BOPIS operations
- Support logistics tasks such as markdowns re ticketing and re tagging
- Maintain store presentation and assist with merchandise displays and seasonal changes
- Assist with inventory preparations and counts
- Provide cross functional support on the sales floor and ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Experience with shipping receiving merchandising order fulfillment and inventory management
- Experience in a client facing service desk role is preferred
- Strong service orientation and customer focus
- Comfort with technology and retail systems to support customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong multi tasking skills and ability to manage customer queues calmly
- Strong communication skills
