Job Description

Summary

Operations Associate supporting store operations including customer service, order fulfillment, inventory and merchandise maintenance. Role involves managing POS transactions, supporting e-commerce and in store pickup orders, assisting visual and inventory tasks, and providing floor support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Process client transactions accurately through the POS system
  • Collect and maintain client contact information and files
  • Support service desk activities and provide basic client resolution
  • Manage daily cash handling functions including registers and deposits
  • Pick E Commerce and in store transfer orders and assist BOPIS operations
  • Support logistics tasks such as markdowns re ticketing and re tagging
  • Maintain store presentation and assist with merchandise displays and seasonal changes
  • Assist with inventory preparations and counts
  • Provide cross functional support on the sales floor and ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment
  • Experience with shipping receiving merchandising order fulfillment and inventory management
  • Experience in a client facing service desk role is preferred
  • Strong service orientation and customer focus
  • Comfort with technology and retail systems to support customer service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong multi tasking skills and ability to manage customer queues calmly
  • Strong communication skills
