Operations Associate - Long Island

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will enhance the client experience with the operations team during the most magical time of the year. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will lead with a people-first mentality and ensure exceptional execution of assignments.

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
