Operations Associate

Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Operations Associate to support back-of-house functions and maintain operational excellence at the Aventura boutique. The role focuses on inventory lifecycle management, client delivery and aftersales coordination, and supporting store appearance and systems. The Associate will report to store leadership and act as a brand ambassador to ensure a seamless luxury client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory lifecycle including organization, cycle counts, adjustments, inter-store transfers, and shipping/receiving.
• Prepare and package client merchandise and manage delivery tracking and client communications.
• Support store facility upkeep, maintain back-of-house organization, and assist with systems maintenance.
• Assist with budget management, enforce cash and card policies, and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
• Coordinate repairs and alterations, maintain supplies for in-store services, and facilitate aftersales processes.
