Summary

We are seeking a motivated, organized Part-Time Operations Associate to support back-of-house retail operations and deliver exceptional client service at the Oak Brook store. The role focuses on inventory and systems management, hosting client appointments and waitlists, and ensuring daily operational efficiency in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The Associate will partner with the Client Experience and store teams to maintain high standards and seamless client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes and support stockroom operations.
• Provide client services and assist with client care and after-sales needs.
• Maintain store facilities and manage systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Host and manage the daily calendar of client appointments and waitlist.
• Ensure adherence to brand policies and store procedures.

Requirements

• Experience working in a retail environment with a focus on operations and client services.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to host clients and manage appointment scheduling with discretion.
• Experience in luxury retail preferred.
