Operations Associate

Summary

The Operations Associate provides essential back-of-house support to ensure efficient store operations and an elevated client experience. This role manages inventory lifecycle activities, shipping and receiving, and supports client services and aftersales coordination. Reporting to the Store Manager or Operations Manager, the Associate upholds brand standards and contributes to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory lifecycle including organization, cycle counts, adjustments, inter-store transfers, and shipping/receiving.
• Prepare and package client merchandise and manage client deliveries, communication, and tracking.
• Maintain and organize back-of-house areas and assist with store facility and systems maintenance.
• Support budget management and enforce cash, credit card policies, and other operational procedures.
• Coordinate repairs and alterations, maintain supplies for in-store repairs, and facilitate aftersales services.
• Collaborate with management and the team to support operational workflows and uphold brand standards.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven with strong commitment to compliance and brand standards.
• Proactive problem-solver able to troubleshoot client delivery issues and mitigate operational risks.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to support store management and the broader team.
• Previous retail operations, inventory, or stock management experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required in a boutique retail environment and adapt to luxury service expectations.
