Responsibilities- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
- Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed.
- Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs by moving and storing fixtures, furniture, merchandise, props, etc.
- Coordinate cleaning and repair for store facilities and fixtures as needed.
- Participate in the timely preparation and completion of all inventories and cycle counts.
- Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
- Manage and process all inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies and procedures.
- Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
- Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Manage all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
- Document all deliveries to clients and track merchandise as necessary.
- Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in computer software packages.
- Action-oriented and result-driven.
- Customer service oriented with strong social perceptiveness.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
