Operations Associate - Miami Design District

Summary

The Operations Associate is responsible for accurate and timely processing of inventory and stock transactions to support store sales goals. This in-store role manages replenishment, maintains an organized stockroom, processes shipments and orders, reconciles inventory, and communicates issues to management and corporate.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile all inventory transactions and adjustments in a timely manner
• Receive, verify, and process incoming and outgoing shipments via shipping carriers and store systems within 24 hours
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure merchandise is presented on the sales floor to company standards
• Complete weekly cycle counts, monitor consignment and negative reports, and report stock level issues
• Report and follow up on IT and service tickets for store equipment and systems
• Assist with online order processing and follow store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market
• Preferred 3+ years in high-volume stock or operations role for a fashion retailer
• Ability to stand and walk up to eight hours and regularly lift up to 70 lbs; ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory systems; meticulous attention to detail and strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
