Operations Associate

Summary

Support Associate responsible for stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and general merchandise handling to maintain organization and support store sales and profitability. Works under direction of RPSO Manager and store leadership to execute daily operational tasks and enhance the customer experience. Role requires physical activity and a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers processing of inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill pack and ship online and store customer orders
• Perform merchandise placements and ensure merchandise standards are followed
• Execute price changes reticketing and move product once marked
• Manage reticketing damages mark outs and inventory control processes
• Back stock and maintain stockroom organization
• Merchandise product set sale events and signage under manager and visual guidance
• Support set up and take down of in store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Ability to manage competing tasks and work collaboratively
• Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift carry up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to follow direction from managers and visual teams
• Strong attention to merchandise standards and inventory processes
