Summary
Provide efficient support across store operations including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties to deliver exemplary customer service and maintain operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office facilities supplies and grooming products for associates.
- Work with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely invoice approvals.
- Support shrink reduction efforts and report violations per company regulations.
- Coordinate accessories repair services with external vendors.
- Arrange engraving and embossing services.
- Support inventory preparation and execution for store counts and transfers.
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards.
- Perform Cash Office processes and maintain POS audit compliance.
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by store management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales roles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint and able to learn new systems.
- Strong time management ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the brand and desire for career growth.
- Ability to stand walk and work shifts and lift approximately 20 lbs.
- Able to pack unpack and move stock when supporting receiving and stocking functions.
