Operations Associate

Summary

Provide exemplary customer experience by supporting store operations functions including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office, repairs, and operational administrative duties. Maintain supplies and assist with process improvements to ensure efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory preparation and execution
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards
• Manage supplies for office facilities and associate grooming products
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely invoice approvals
• Support loss prevention and asset protection procedures
• Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, and inventory documents
• Control and replenish supplies as requested by management

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for maintaining an elevated brand image
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Collaborative team player with good communication skills
• Relevant retail or operations experience preferred
• Proficiency with computers including Word Excel PowerPoint Workday and Outlook preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder as trained
• Ability to stand walk and move around the sales floor for multiple hours
