Summary
Seasonal Operations Associate responsible for supporting store operations including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative tasks to ensure efficient retail operations and excellent customer experience. This is a temporary role for up to three months requiring attention to detail and adherence to company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards
- Support shipping receiving and stock room duties including packing and unpacking stock
- Execute Cash Office processes and maintain POS audit compliance
- Coordinate accessory repairs and external vendor services
- Coordinate engraving and embossing services
- Maintain office facilities supplies and associate grooming products
- Partner on shrink reduction plan and report violations appropriately
- Assist with inventory preparation and execution
- Support accounts payable invoice approval and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail operations or related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong time management ability to multi task and prioritize
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and collaborative team orientation
- Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs
- Ability to pack unpack and move stock for receiving and stocking functions
- Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire to grow within the company
