Summary
Provide exemplary customer service by supporting all store operations functions including shipping receiving, stock room, cash office, repairs, and operational administrative duties to ensure efficient store performance.
Responsibilities
- Support inventory preparation and execution.
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards.
- Manage supplies for office facilities and associate grooming products.
- Coordinate engraving and embossing services.
- Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely invoice approvals.
- Support loss prevention procedures to reduce shrink and protect assets.
- Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory, UPS, sales ticket, and invoice documents.
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by management.
- Partner to assess and improve store processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant retail or operations experience preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to multi task.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook preferred.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and stock areas, lift up to 30 lbs and use ladders as trained.
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours.
- Enthusiasm for maintaining the brand image and product respect.
