Operations Associate

Summary

Provide exemplary customer service by supporting store operations including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties. Maintain supplies and coordinate external services while ensuring compliance with company procedures and shrinkage control. Support inventory preparation and operational process improvements to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office facilities supplies and associate grooming products
• Work with accounts payable to ensure invoices are approved and processed
• Support and execute shrink reduction plans and report violations
• Coordinate accessories repair, engraving and embossing services with vendors
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards
• Read and execute transfer, shipping, inventory and vendor documents
• Execute accurate cash office processes and maintain POS audit compliance
• Control and replenish store supplies as requested by management
• Assist with inventory preparation and store receiving and stocking

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations or customer service experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong time management multitasking and communication skills
• Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs
• Able to pack unpack and move stock when supporting receiving and stocking
• Collaborative team player willing to support all departments
• Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire to grow
