Operations Associate - Sawgrass

Summary

Part Time Operations Associate reporting to the General Manager, responsible for maintaining stock levels, organizing the stock room, handling shipping and receiving, and supporting inventory processes at the outlet location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure sizes and styles are accurately represented
• Communicate product stock level and quality issues to management to avoid shrink
• Keep the stock room clean and organized at all times
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently and cost effectively
• Stock store shelves and racks as needed
• Assist in preparation and execution of physical inventory
• Participate in resolving inventory discrepancies
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with coworkers and management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or outlet environment
• Stock experience preferred
• Understanding of specialty retail and outlet business
• Computer skills including point of sale systems, Word, Excel and email
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused personality
