Operations Associate - Tysons Galleria

As a Seasonal Operations Associate at Tysons Galleria, you will enhance the client experience by working with the operations team during the most magical time of the year. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will lead with a people-first mentality and ensure exceptional execution of assignments.

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipping to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
