Operations Associate - Woodbury Commons

As an Operations Associate at Woodbury Commons, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of merchandise in and out of the store, ensuring that all shipping and receiving policies are followed. You will support the sales team by maintaining an organized inventory and providing solutions to storage challenges.

• Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
• Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
• Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
• Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and support visual, merchandising, and operations needs.
• Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
• Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
• Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance.
• Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise and manage client deliveries.
• Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn and use various software packages.
• Action-oriented and result-driven with strong customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
