Operations Associate - Woodbury

As an Operations Associate at our Woodbury location, you will play a crucial role in supporting store sales productivity and customer service by efficiently processing inventory transactions. You will ensure the stockroom is organized and contribute to the achievement of store sales goals.

• Process all inventory transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain knowledge of store goals and adhere to retail policies.
• Ensure merchandise is represented on the sales floor according to company standards.
• Communicate product stock level issues to management.
• Examine and inspect store stock for defects and report damages.
• Complete weekly cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments with care.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
• Display leadership qualities by helping develop new staff.
• Monitor and process orders via online platform.

• 3+ years in a high-volume stock or operations role for a fashion retailer.
• Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
• Repetitive climbing of stairs and ladders.
• Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
