Operations Controller - Woodbury Commons Outlet

As an Operations Controller at Gucci Woodbury Commons Outlet, you will provide essential support to both front and back of house teams, ensuring seamless sales support, inventory management, and administrative functions. You will embody the Gucci brand values, delivering a luxury client experience and promoting a positive store environment.

• Serve as a Gucci Ambassador, welcoming clients and directing them to available advisors.
• Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Assist in preparing for client appointments and closing transactions.
• Manage POS processes, including packing, payments, and client data capture.
• Facilitate store transfer requests and product inquiries.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Escalate return and exchange paperwork to management.
• Maintain knowledge of Gucci products and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
