Responsibilities- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to all procedures and guidelines.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational process issues promptly.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures.
- Submit all required forms, including 8300 and tax-exempt forms, upon receipt.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues immediately to management.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from management.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service-related industry.
- Experience operating a POS system is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
